one can become so proficient at covering, hiding, ignoring, pushing away, that dreams are needed to show the truth of one's feelings and real state of mind.

sometimes its quite.. amazing? to know the power of a disciplined (stubborn?), rational/logical mind. it deletes. archives. surpresses. pretends. glosses over.

for what?
for convenience.
for comfort.
for preventing conflict? (tht can b subjective.)

but then your dreams come to poke fun at you.
they start playing the movie titled The Real Stuff!

there's only that much you can do to hide from the
truth of your feelings
and your real state of mind.
